All orders will be shipped via US Mail

Wandaspetworld.com will supply tracking numbers where possible.

The actual amount of the shipping is displayed at the time of order, and that is the amount that will be billed.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Most deliveries are shipped much faster but during busy times hand made items can become slightly backlogged. Thanks for your patience.

Returns valid 30 days from purchase. Please retain your receipt.

Returns after 30 days must contact me and arrange for validation of return.
